Picture of the one side of the Turbine with filter(s) in place
Picture of one side of the Turbine without filter(s) in place
Picture of the side or rear of the Turbine where the vents are present
Copy of the purchase receipt

WHEN TAKING THE FOLLOWING PICTURES, PLEASE BE SURE THAT EACH IMAGE IS CLEAR.

However, if you are having problems uploading images, you may complete the warranty claim form without the images and send those to us via email.
